Enhancements to Account Balances Report (Dynamic)

The Account Balances Report (Dynamic) is enhanced to display the credit limit and available credit of AR accounts and house accounts, the start date and end date of AR accounts, and the property associated with the accounts.

To support this enhancement, the following new columns are introduced:

• Credit limit

• Available credit

• Start date

• End date

• Property

A new input field, Threshold Amount, is added as an optional report generation parameter. Users can enter a threshold amount for the credit limit of AR accounts in this field.

When entered, the available credit of the AR account will be considered, and all the accounts with credit lesser than or equal to the entered threshold will be displayed in the report. For example, if $1000 is entered as the threshold amount, only the AR accounts that have the available credit lesser than or equal to $1000 will be displayed in the report.

If users do not enter a threshold amount, the report will be generated based on the other parameters.
